Hello! I’m Sam Stiede
I identify as a lesbian, cis-gendered white female. I offer individual and couples therapy for individuals:
Children and Adolescents with difficulties regulating their emotions, managing depression, trouble transitioning, questioning their sexuality, neurodivergence, school challenges, and peer conflict.
Adults navigating neurodivergence, stress, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and trauma.
Couples and Families dealing with trust issues, distrust, communication, and looking for ways to deepen their connections.
My approach is to create and foster a safe space for clients to authentically be themselves. I encourage clients to show up exactly how they are so that we can create an environment that feels healing and restorative. I approach therapy from a trauma-informed, strengths based perspective, where I pull tools from CBT, DBT, attachment styles, and somatic work.
If you are looking for a space to feel seen, heard, and work through challenges that make you feel overwhelmed or stressed, then please do not hesitate to reach out. You do not have to do it all alone. I am here to help talk through the things that weigh heavy on your mind.
