Greetings!

I identify as a bi-sexual, cis-gendered African American female. I offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy to:

Children and Adolescents with difficulties regulating their emotions, managing depression, trouble transitioning, partaking in risky behaviors, and peer conflict.

Adults experiencing perfectionism, relationship problems, depression, trauma, academic and/or work-related stress, and trouble navigating the impact of cumulative life stressors.

Couples and Families dealing with trust issues, trouble integrating households, distrust, and looking to form stronger emotional bonds and build communication skills.

Military Families and Veterans experiencing grief/loss, PTSD, stress and anxiety arising from military lifestyle, and deployment adjustments.

My approach to therapy integrates various modalities and is tailored to each individual’s needs. It is primarily rooted in the relational and explorative aspects of Narrative and Gestalt, while also utilizing Solution-focused Brief Therapy and CBT to help identify and implement solutions, resources, strengths, and effective coping strategies.

I strive to create a warm and safe space that welcomes you to work on goals that matter most to you at your own pace. Each individual’s journey of healing and growth are unique. I am here with you wherever you may be at the moment. You are not alone; we can walk together.
