Supporting Teens and Adults Through Major Life Changes
I help adults and teens navigating major life changes such as starting college, beginning a career, managing relationships, adjusting after a big transition, or coping with the loss of a loved one. Along the way, you might experience anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, or questions about who you are. Together, we’ll work to build a stronger, more grounded sense of self in a space that’s supportive, collaborative, and affirming.
These are monumental life changes. Whether expected or not, transitions like these often prompt us to reflect on our values and what is important to us. That process can feel overwhelming, confusing, or even disorienting. I’m here to help you gain clarity and confidence as you navigate what’s next—at your own pace and in a way that feels true to you.
For Teens and Transition Age Youth
I support teens and transition age youth (ages 16-25) navigating important transitions, including:
• Starting high school or college
• Forming new friendships
• Exploring identity and self-worth
• Managing the unique challenges of emerging adulthood
If you’re feeling anxious, depressed, or unsure about who you are, I’m here to help you build confidence and a stronger sense of self in a safe, supportive space.
For Adults
I work with adults facing major life changes such as:
• Starting a new career
• Navigating relationships
• Relocating
• Experiencing imposter syndrome
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or questions about your path, together we’ll create a grounded, affirming space to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
