Hello!
My name is Clinton and I identify as a cis-gendered bi-racial asian american male. I offer individual and group therapy to:
Teenagers navigating identity exploration, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, high expectations and stress, cultural dynamics, major life transitions, and challenges related to screen use or video gaming.
Young Adults & Adults working through relationship challenges, depression, vocational and academic pressure, feelings of burnout, self-doubt, and the weight of expectations shaped by family, culture, and life transitions.
As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgemental space where you can show up as you are. My approach is collaborative and paced to your needs, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) & dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) strategies with relational work to help you explore what’s been weighing on you while also building practical, actionable skills.
Therapy is not about having everything figured out; It’s about making meaning, gaining insight, and moving forward in a way that feels both authentic and sustainable for you. If what you’ve read here resonates, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this process.
