Hi, I’m Caroline León Williams

I identify as a mixed African American and Latina cis-gendered female. I have experience supporting clients with cultural identity, mixed identity, interracial relationships, career exploration, substance use, trauma, depression and anxiety. I have worked in schools, outpatient clinics, and colleges, providing individual, couples, family and group therapy.

I began my academic journey by earning a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. During my undergraduate years, I worked as a tutor and advisor with disadvantaged and underrepresented youth. I naturally found myself creating a space where they felt comfortable sharing their authentic voices. I realized I felt most aligned with my values when exploring how someone’s experiences shape who they are. This led me to pursue a Master’s in Counseling, where I’ve seen firsthand how meaningful it is to connect with our feelings and live in alignment with our values.
