Welcome! I'm Lily Samiee
I identify as a cis-gendered Asian American woman offering virtual therapy to teens, couples, families, and adults looking to heal from relational trauma and wanting to build more fulfilling relationships.
I’m particularly passionate about working with:
Teens navigating perfectionism, academic and social pressure, identity development, cultural dynamics (including children of immigrants), stress and burnout, and transitions such as preparing for college.
Couples and families experiencing conflict, communication breakdowns, trust issues, or the lasting effects of relational trauma.
Adults dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, major life transitions, or recurring relational patterns that feel difficult to shift.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, rooted in psychodynamic and relational therapy, and supported by tools from ACT, CBT, DBT, and somatic work. Together, we’ll explore the emotional and relational patterns that shape your experience while also building practical, present-day tools to help you move forward.
Clients often describe my style as warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. We’ll create a space where your experiences are seen and your goals can unfold in a way that feels authentic to you.
